Exchange or Return of Goods

We follow a strict closed-box delivery policy to ensure product authenticity, safety, and customer privacy. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Relationship Management team within 3 days (15 days for electronics) with photo or video proof for review and possible replacement. Products must be unused and returned with the original invoice and packaging. Please note that certain items, including lingerie bottoms and opened/sealed products, are non-exchangeable.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

Once your order is shipped, it usually takes 2–5 working days for delivery within Bangladesh (outside Dhaka may take slightly longer). Do you deliver on public holidays?

Delivery services may be limited or temporarily unavailable on public holidays, depending on courier operations. Orders placed during holidays will be processed on the next working day. For urgent deliveries, please contact our support team for confirmation.

How are items packaged?

We package our products in cardboard boxes with your invoice wrapped along with it. Each product is carefully packaged while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with bubble wrap.
